  3. Is that the kit for the Diploma Program? If so do you know what comes in the tool kit for the certificate program? Thank you!

  4. rocafellarecords1985 : the tool kit is for only 9 months in the kitchen. I am not sure what do u mean by Diploma or cert since LCB they use their own word...

Anyway, it means the tool kit is just for Cert 3 cuz when we are doing Cert 4 or Diplma, we don't go to the kitchen anymore

  5. can i ask something?? im going to lcb soon, id like to ask if i can take a grand diplome course, means that can we take the cuisine and patisserie at the same time (at 9 months) or we should take 18 months (cuisine and patisserie separately)??

  6. henry : you can take both in the same time... but its gonna be a bit taugh... like 6 days a week.. (some people do that) .. I think you should do in separately unless you don't wanna waste so much time..(of course about cost of living here too). Let me know if you come :)

  16. Hey there!! I'm about to start LCB in Dallas, TX. HOWDY Y'ALL!! To say I'm excited would not begin to cover the range of emotions I'm feeling at the moment. The first step to my new career and following my passion for food will finally be met. Orientation was this morning and I'm jazzed about my first chef's uniform!

But I still wondering cz they said we should use uniform when we come even in the first day..
    Which uniform they talked abt?
Cz I took the toolkit and the uniform from Johnson Pty already, its just kind of chef uniform.. They don't mean that chef uniform rite?
Cz I haven't get my any other uniform as its just gonna be my first day out there..

    Thanks for the info..

  20. Anonymous : There is only Chef uniform for us.. so they definitely mean chef uniform.. cuz even first day, we will go into the kitchen, so u suppose to wear chef uniform, don't u?

There will be the changing room for you to change from your normal outfit to chef uniform.. dont forget to bring the key + lock for the locker too..

    hope u like it :D

  25. I'm extremely interested in studying in LCB. My course, however, is IHM (International Hotel Management). I'm aware that LCB is superb in Culinary, but I'm really curious as to how good their IHM course is. From what you've seen and heard, what do you think?

Thank you kindly in advance. Appreciate it. Amazing kit by the way! Glad to know LCB has been a pleasure for you.
