    for my mum's b'day, i got the white chocolate cheesecake with the pistachio and strawberries, orange and grapefruit slices- it was delicious!!!

    Simon : thanks, they won't make the concorde anymore but there are some new things you should try. I like the cappuccino tart and the pear caramel.

    Heidi : that's one is our signature cake and one of the most difficult thing to make.

    Thang : me tooooo. Wanna try making at home but this thing will last only 1 day due to the caramel.
