Macaron was a bit difficult to cut.. 
I had the Canelle first time in Thailand and this was my 2nd time.. very interesting texture.
Chocolate ganache was lovely but the caramel part was too sweet for my liking.

Simon : mmm...just like chocolate ganache with caramel tart? haha..dunno how to explain..but its very good with sea salt..just that the caramel is too sweet for me..

i love cannelles but there just aren't enough places in sydney that sell them! that chocolate and caramel tart looks so good...
