Sydney Specialist Cheese Show 2008

On Sunday, Heidi, Stella and I went to the Sydney Specialist Cheese Show 2008 at Four Seasons Hotel...The event is held by Australian Specialist Cheesemakers' Association.

Before we entered the room, we knew which room the even were without looking at the sign....by smell ! haha...yeah, cheese smell...

So many cheese & wine lovers there...

lots of cheese we tasted ! Stella and Heidi stopped cheese tasting after they tasted about 65% of cheese in the room...(of course I wasn't ...i love cheese !!!!!)hehe...

This stall is the cheese from Berry Creek Gourmet Cheese, VIC. The brie is so wonderful..I asked to buy but they said it is unavailable right now...have to keep following...-_-''

Not only cheese, but also some crackers, lavoshs and glaced fruits...

for $40 entry fee...we can taste all cheese and 5 glasses of drinks (wine, beer and coffee). This coffee stall made surprisingly beautiful coffee...I orderd cappuccino and the milk froth was so perfect !

Tell you the truth, after we done with the cheese tasting...I felt like ..urggg...too much cheese ! However, we continued our dessert at La Renaissance.

Creme brulee, Mixed berries mousse, Aroma (Chocolate and coffee mousse)...

Heidi kindly paid for the cake for my birthday...Thanks ^ ^

After that, we walked to take a look at Comtemporary Museum at the Rock ...after that, they went back home and I continued walking to Kinokuniya to buy the book that I have been waiting...the staff called me that they have it now...

20% discount for all cookbook during October at Kinokuniya...Yeah ..I got the very beautiful dessert book !
Gosh !!! My legs were so tired even I took the bus to the hotel and from Kinokuniya back home....
