Why cafe? I love food, coffee and pastries (actually everything edible) so I want here to be my own place collecting all my beautiful food experience. Trained as a pastry chef and have been working in an industry for 2 years , I still need to learn a lot more.

Simon : thanks, they won't make the concorde anymore but there are some new things you should try. I like the cappuccino tart and the pear caramel.
Heidi : that's one is our signature cake and one of the most difficult thing to make.
Thang : me tooooo. Wanna try making at home but this thing will last only 1 day due to the caramel.
Everything looks like its from another world. I am definately going to pay a visit soon!
