Bills with Heidi

Before Heidi went back to Singapore for good, we went to Bills since she wanted to have good pancake. I recommended Bills since I was very impressed by their ricotta hot cake I had in 2007.

Bills, Surry Hills.

It was not too busy when we arrived there, took only 5 mins to get table.

Bills's Hot chocolate $4.00 & Hot mocha $3.90

I ordered mocha since I knew they serve with the callebaut. The taste wasn't as nice as its look though.

Ricotta hotcakes with fresh banana and honeycomb butter $17.50

Nut was pouring the syrup.

But this time I was very disappointed with the dish. It was a lot smaller and very dried.... I want the one I had in 2007 ! T_T

I don't think I will come to Bills again because I came here twice and disappointed both times.

However, still happy face :D
